As soon as I walked in the lady was so helpful! She immediately helped me. I told her what I was looking for and the budget I had and she immediately showed me shoes and helped me find the right pair and the right price. She was super great!!

Had no idea what I was looking for when I went to your store. One of your lady's there was a huge help. Love the shoes but love the customer service even more. One of my customers at the locker recommend you. Will recommend your store everytime. Definitely a 10 star experience.

Went there to get slip on skechers , 1 person working, 10 customers in store, I saw 4 people walk.out to getting waited on. The lady working was running her legs off trying to help people , I bet she apologized to.me 9 times for the hold up.i said wait on.others I can wait! My wife was with me and at one time worked in her mother's shoe store , she found the shoes I ended up.buying, the lady finally got clear and came.over and told me.i could buy a second pair at 1/2 price I said ok.slip on.sandels.? She went to get some., none my size , but she could order me a pair 6 to 7 days. ,we live 78 miles away and I said I can't drive down.here just to get the shoes, order them and I'll be back of the 6th of jan.to a Dr's Appointment and ill.stop and try them.on and if they fit I'd buy them. I would have had to pay that day so if they didn't fit what we order shoes till.i get tired of 156 miles round trip till.i find shoes COMPANY POLICY she said. So before you fall for their smoke and mirror full.price 1_2 price are sure they have the 2nd pair that fits , as per their policy they don't do.amything to.make it rite. Amazon is cheaper and free returns I'm done with Shoe Sensation ! The biggest issue is they have no help , they cut employees hrs, so the help quit, it don't take.a rocket scientist to know people work.to pay their bills , I can't blame the lady working to.help every one she was overwhelmed!!! The prices on items is plenty high , being the majority of the shoes are made in China , or Vietnam , we know they buy them cheap , but to not pay help with the hrs it takes to.survive is not rite!! It's greed
