Nicest team of workers I know. Truly a gem of a station in our little town. Had been caught passing through and decided to clean my vehicle and the machine accidentally ate my quarters (through no fault of the store) and one of the dearest workers came out and not only retrieved my money in a fashionable manner and offered a discount for my troubles. Very considerate. The owners are friendly, efficient, and do a great job at providing a welcome environment. Shout out to cece. Thx.

Needed gas and used credit card...it cut off at 75.00 we needed more than that. Cashier said it would cut some people off ... she was nice and store was clean

I Mistakenly entered the bait room to get minnows as I do at numerous bait shops not knowing about different rules in this place. I did Not see, nor was I looking for, the signage posted saying do not enter. I had no malintent nor any nefarious action In mind. .I just simply wanted to get a dozen minnows. Instead of simply saying 'hey you can't be in here', the owner/manager was demeaning and yelled at me like I was a little kid . I'm an Army retiree and appalled, disappointed, and offended by her actions. Needless to say I am not easily offended. I do, however, expect Anyone who made the honest mistake that I did to be treated with at least the respect another human being is due. It's not My fault that she hasn't "had a day off in a year." I didn't do that to her. I made a honest mistake and should not be belittled and disrespected. You all can go back too this Northside Sinclair in Mitchell, SD but I will not.

A place owner/manager that does not believe in customer service or decent treatment. I just simply wanted to get a dozen minnows and not get verbal mistreatment. Instead of simply saying 'hey you can't be in here', the owner/manager was demeaning and yelled (she says she just spoke loudly) at me like I was a little kid . I'm an Army retiree and appalled, disappointed, and offended by owner/manager actions. Needless to say, after over 20 years in the military, I am not easily offended. I do, however, expect Anyone who made the honest mistake that I did to be treated with at least the respect any human being is due. It's not My fault that she hasn't "had a day off in a year." I didn't do that to her. I did my job when I didn't have a day off for year in Iraq. I didn't blame her for that. I made a honest mistake in this gas station store and should not have been belittled and disrespected. I spoke with her a few minutes after her tirade, and she didn't see anything wrong with her aggressive tone and demeaning words. You all can go back too this Northside Sinclair in Mitchell, SD but I will not. Sinclair Mitchell is off my list. It would be one thing if it were a worker who was a j**** but owner/manager? Guess she allows her worker to treat customers badly if the feel like it.

I went in the back of the fridge to grab a monster and the Karen that worked there told me if she ever saw me in the back of the fridge again I would not be allowed in that gas station. I understand there are rules and they should be followed, but the way she handled it was so poorly executed. She could’ve simply said “Please don’t go back there sir. It’s employees only.” I responded as courteously as possible to her threatening to kick me out of the gas station permanently and she still gave me a very terrible attitude. Jokes on you Karen, you just lost your gas station $100 in diesel purchases a week from me.

The lady in there was very rude and refused to give me change even after I had purchased. I don’t recommend. I felt very unwelcomed. Shame on you Sinclair. And on of that even after I had agreed to go into the casino if she gave me change she told me no and basically called me a liar I don’t appreciate that I don’t appreciate the customer service I was dealt with. I believe her name was Gertrude.
