“I called Dick's after having them recommended by another service company who could not accommodate our RV. I was very pleased to speak with Nick, who assured us he could take a look at our problem (chassis related) and got us in almost immediately. He checked out the rig and assured us there was nothing broken or loose, and believed we needed an alignment. He was right! All in all, after only a few hours, with which we toured the Corn Palace, lol, and had a nice lunch, we were back on the road. They also gave us a loaner and allowed us to take our dog with us. You can't beat that type of service! 5 stars and two thumbs up!”
“My Wife and I were on our Bucket List trip to Yellowstone when our Ford Transit had transmission trouble. We drove right to the Ford Dealer in Pierre. There we were welcomed with “sorry we can’t help you until the 28 th. “It was only the 12th. After trying to get any help from the dealer I called the local NAPA parts store because I just retired from my repair business back in Wisconsin where we used NAPA parts. They gave me a couple of shops that may help. The first shop I called was Deucez Wild he couldn’t help but they knew who could. He gave me the number to Dales A1 Transmission. It wasn’t long into the phone conversation that I knew we found help. They sent a tow truck 130 plus mile to bring me to their shop where they went over and above to get us back on the road. We can’t thank them enough. Keep up the great work Guys”
“Driving East from Rapid City I was admiring the scenery and should have been watching my gas gauge! AAA and JABR Trucking and Towing came promptly to the rescue.
Thanks to my responder who didn't shame me and put himself at risk on I-90, where drivers don't give enough consideration to Move Over! Come on-it dangerous. Be aware, be kind and be safe! And, watch your gas gauge! Duh!”
