If i could rate it lower i would on customer service reason why: was in the store which states that its pet friendly and was in with a puppy getting stuff for the puppy and the puppy pooped on their floor so asked if they had paper towels and cleaner to clean the mess up my self since my animal and they told me that i was not welcomed in the store and my dog wasn't either. We have been shopping at this store for years and never had a problem with having animals in and out. I am pretty sure other animals have had accidents in the store before i mean with stating pet friendly it would be expected..... But not anymore so watch out.

Ben the assistant manager is fantastic to work with. I had a special request with an online order and he handled it very professionally and politely. Upon calling back the next day with a question he remembered me and answered my question very clearly. He seemed very well aware of the happenings in his store. Five star customer service, thank you Ben!

My mother entered the store to inquire about a product she found that you sell online but thought perhaps you carry it in your store. She first spoke with a young lady who was unfamiliar and referred her to a man speaking on his cell phone seemingly bothered that someone approached him with a question. He (Shawn) laughed at her question while never hanging up the phone and acted like a complete balatron. Is this how you treat the seniors who make up a large portion of the city? I don’t think she can envisage interacting with your employees or rather employee Shawn in the near future. Do better, your venerable clientele deserve better.
