I made the smart decision to install a washer and dryer myself. Of course I ran into issues but the staff was so helpful! Mike called me to make sure that everything was working OK and offered great tips on how to maintain them! Definitely will be coming back!

I am a loyal customer of Thune True Value Hardware and Appliance Center, having purchased a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and most recently an oven from them. Their team always goes above and beyond to ensure I find exactly what I’m looking for. Special thanks to Luke and Zach, who consistently do a wonderful job delivering my items. They take away the old appliance and make sure the installation is done professionally and courteously.

I could not be more happy with today’s delivery of my washer and dryer. Chris and Zack did an amazing job. Not only did they install my washer and dryer. They took out 3 old ones from my basement. They replaced hoses and my dryer vent. They were friendly, very knowledgeable, hard working and polite. Biting my first ever BRAND NEW washer and dryer was the best experience ever. I don’t remember my salesman’s name in the store but he was also very patient and informative. So glad I went to Thunes. Hopefully Chris and Zack will be the ones to deliver my new Fridge in a couple months. Thank you all

A couple months ago we.needed a above the stove microwave and the service from showing us microwaves and then delivering and installing it was topnotch.So when my washer died we went right back to Thunes and again wonderful service from beginning to end.Thanks Thunes for taking care of us.5 stars for sure.

Exceptional service! Delivery crew found a problem that I needed to fix before we could install my dishwasher. I got the problem fixed and they delivered the dishwasher that same week! Great people to work with at the store and the installers were awesome. Excellent store to buy appliances!!

Thunes is an excellent, locally owned business. They have absolutely outstanding customer service (It is seriously that good) and a wide selection for you to peruse. They have delivered numerous appliances for me, along with handling any and all warranty or service issues. A tip of the hat to the fine staff at Thunes True Value for a job well done. Keep it up!
