Called the store and spoke with a Hailey, absolutely loved her tone! She took her time explaining things out to me. I’ve called the store before a few times and the lady I spoke to was short and sounded kind of rude.

The young man that helped me was friendly and courteous. Another clerk(not sure if proper term) Believe her name started with "B" was rather rude and condescending. Not first time either of her behavior.
