He had me in the next day and had my car done on time.The price was as quoted. The service was great and the employees were very friendly.While buffing my car they missed one small spot and he came out and fixed it right there and then.Awesome work, priced as estimated, good customer service”

“We were traveling out of state and a wheel bearing broke on our truck while on the interstate. Very scary-had to pull over. We called AAA, but they were having trouble finding a tow company since we were in the boonies- so my husband thought he would just fix it since he works on cars- if he could get parts. So husband found O'Reilly Auto Parts online and called to see if they had parts, and by chance- would they bring them to us? Unbelievable how empathetic they were!! Their staff was very caring when we called and offered to help us out. Trina ending up spending alot of time on phone helping husband get parts, and Chuck drove 45 min to and from the auto shop- twice- to bring us parts to fix it!!
We can't thank them enough for their kindness and for going out of their way to help us out! It's so reassuring to know there our caring and kind souls out there- they really went above and beyond!!”

“Saved our road trip! We had issues with our generator fuel filter and couldn't find a replacement anywhere. Called 8 different shops before this one was recommended. They didn't have the part either, but when I explained the situation, they put together a totally different system they thought I could make work, and I did. They even let me pick up parts late and sent along some swag. All for someone just passing through.”

“Doesn't always have to parts you may need, but the staff is both helpful and knowledgeable. If you don't know the name of a part you need, but you bring in the old one, or a picture, or can describe it well they can usually figure out what you're talking about. Great for inexperienced people looking for discount parts to get by with.”

“We were traveling through South Dakota in July, pulling an RV, when my DEF pump decides to go out. It's a Friday afternoon around 3:00 when I called Wegner Auto to see if they could help. Keith, the service advisor, was able to find a willing technician to stay over long enough to check out our problem. The technician diagnosed the problem, found the part in stock, and he had us back on the road in just over an hour! It's customer service like this that counts, and their people are the ones that make their business outstanding. You were a blessing to us!”
