The staff at CommTech are incredible! I needed a new charging cord for my laptop. I ordered from Amazon 3 different times -- all apparently the right size. But none worked with my laptop. I was discouraged. I contacted CommTech. Staff assured me they could help me. And they did! I've got my laptop working again! Thank you!
