We order French fries and pay at self service in Pierre SD. We wait 10 minutes. Girl drops the sack on the dirty floor, picks it up and puts our fries in it. I tell her she shouldn’t put food in sacks off the floor. She looks duh at me and says “My bad”. We leave, and after all that fries are cold and half full.

Who told yall you was worth that much? People only came here because it was cheap. Remember when yall had cockroaches? I miss those prices. Taking away ordering at the counter was a bunk move.Other than that working here is a 2/10.

Was very diappoonted that we could only order by kiosk and credit card!! Couldn't figure out how to order specific additions or take aways from our food items!

for Last 2 times there both breakfast on seperate weeks using the Mobile App I have been missing items from my order. Triple check your order before you move from the drive thru window. They are way too expensive now days to just write this off anymore.

Went in and stood by the counter for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged the group of us waiting for service. I left and went to the drive thru and spent 20 minutes going through the line. The food was cold by the time we got it

it’s okay. It could be my bias but I have a disliking towards this store in particular. It took em 15 minutes to take your order at the counter, yet 1 minute to get my food, if the food is so fast to make why can’t anyone take a second to notice a customer at the counter? Not to mention 9/10 times I order my order is wrong, also I’ve heard a lot of complaints from employees that work they’re being overworked and tired. The food is okay, sometimes it tastes a little undercooked or looks wrong(possibly from being made to fast) so in total, it’s okay if you’re too poor for other places, but if you have the money, order somewhere else for your sanity.

McDonald's was our go-to fast food place here in town, but we will not be back to the Pierre McDonald's because of the experience we had earlier this evening (6:32pm is time on ticket).We ordered our usual on mobile and parked at curbside 1, and another vehicle that had pulled up in drive-thru spot 1 was given a bag of food that would have been about when ours should have come out. We could see others in the car passing fries to the back seat and going through the food while the server went back inside. The server came right back out with a milkshake, then stood by the vehicle she had given food to for a minute while the food was packed back in the bag. Then, the food was brought immediately to us in our vehicle.I would like to point out a few things here:The order was not confirmed (or glanced at, because the name on the ticket doesn't seem likely to be the name of the person it was handed to), nor, obviously, was the order confirmed verbally with the other customers before the server handed our food to them. No customer's food should be in another customer's possession AND handed to someone else after that. I know ya'll are busy there, but risking our safety so you can save some time and not have to admit an error? How can you do us like that, really? So, we confronted the server about it, and she didn't seem to know what to do since we wouldn't accept food that had been given to someone else first. We told her a stranger's hands were in our food, and she said she didn't know that, yet she was standing there while they packaged the food back up into the bag. Regardless, if that bag of food even goes into another customer's hands or car while the bag is closed, the server should have, on discovery of that mistake, gone back inside immediately and asked for a remake of the order so she could bring us something fresh. Instead, she lied to our faces and sauntered away. If they were going to do that to save some time, there was no reason for us to trust that they would remake our order, rather than simply repackaging the contaminated one. SO, we just wanted a refund. We called a manager (took many rings) from our car, tried to explain the situation briefly, and asked for a refund on my card. Her response was, "I made your order fresh, and I'm staring at it right now." TIP for businesses: If the customer says he/she wants a cash refund, it really shouldn't matter that "the food is ready," even if you did remake it. So, I had to further explain what had happened and why we can't trust what they say now.Then, the manager told us we'd have to go in to get a refund. Now, keep in mind, we did curbside for a reason (and good reasons), so we felt it was McDonald's responsibility to make this transaction easy on us, since they already wasted part of our evening. We said we didn't dress or plan to go in there and didn't want to. The manager said we'd have to go in to get a refund on our card, and she can "only give cash" to get the refund out to us--Okay, I said, we would take a cash refund. I heard part of a word, and the manager hung up.Then, confused, we waited...too long, it was starting to seem. So I had limped in my ankle brace halfway to the building when the server came out to deliver us our refund: a penny short, but whatever. I am just really disappointed in how this situation was handled at every turn. At the very least, the manager should have apologized, asked what she can do for us to come back...We won't, by the way. I know this is a small town with limited options, but you cannot take your customers for granted in the ways that we were tonight.

Ordered an iced mocha got a plain ice coffee then went back and told them my order was wrong , so they made it again and this time it’s Carmel. Pay 6 dollars for a drink I expect it to be right!
