We were traveling out of state and a wheel bearing broke on our truck while on the interstate. Very scary-had to pull over. We called AAA, but they were having trouble finding a tow company since we were in the boonies- so my husband thought he would just fix it since he works on cars- if he could get parts. So husband found O'Reilly Auto Parts online and called to see if they had parts, and by chance- would they bring them to us? Unbelievable how empathetic they were!! Their staff was very caring when we called and offered to help us out. Trina ending up spending alot of time on phone helping husband get parts, and Chuck drove 45 min to and from the auto shop- twice- to bring us parts to fix it!!
We can't thank them enough for their kindness and for going out of their way to help us out! It's so reassuring to know there our caring and kind souls out there- they really went above and beyond!!

I replaced a starter in Texas and they took the core back in South Dakota. I didn’t have the receipt and they figured out how to find the receipt in Texas on the system. This team was really helpful and trained another employee how to look up receipts in different location. Super Helpful!!! ? ? ? I even caught a big fish and replaced a starter in the same day, double bonus ?

Great customer service right off of the truck bypass in Pierre! Lost our drivers side windshield wiper mid swing and Trina knew the size and how to swap the wipers. We were in and out in no time flat! Thanks Trina!

the employees are friendly, i was in two days ago and a guy was backed up with a line, he had two very unpleasant customers before me but he was still extremely friendly and helpful with me despite being treated like garbage beforehand. everytime i go to this location, they get straight to the point of helping with what i need and don’t make me feel stupid for knowing nothing, thank you!
