This has to be the rudest and unprofessional pharmacy I have dealt with. Angela the pharmacist makes excuses why mistakes are made and also acts as if it is the customers fault when she doesn't get prescriptions done . If i call 3 days in advance, i still cant get prescriptions, i call back and now they have to call the provider. And when asked how can i make the process smoother Angela said I wasn't here and i have no idea. Me either ugh

We had a medical emergency while visiting family for the Holidays and needed a prescription. We went through the drive through. Staff was very unfriendly! We were not even greeted. We were rudely told that our prescription was unavailable and it would have to be ordered. Asked if it could be transferred to Rapid City and I was told the provider would have to transfer it. Called our normal Walgreens pharmacy and got it transferred and ordered without a problem. Was very disappointed with our experience through the Pierre Walgreens.

It's a clean and friendly store. During the pandemic I'm more comfortable stopping by in the morning. During their busy hours a number of customers don't wear masks, and I've seen a couple of employees neglecting to wear them, too. But this is my preferred place to get my annual flu shot, and candy.

Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to work with. The first time I tried to get a prescription filled there they never even sent for it from my old Pharmacy and I had to wait 45 minutes in line with no one else there for them to fill it after they told me it was going to be ready the day before that. This time I tried to get it filled again and I got a message notifying me it was ready for pick up and I go there to get it and they say they mailed it out. This is on a Friday afternoon and they mail it two and a half hours away to my permanent listed address which is my parents house. I also talk to somebody on the phone the same day asking about the prescription and saying I’m going to pick it up later today. The staff there are incompetent or just don’t pay any attention to what they’re doing.

The pharmacy staff completely ignores you. Then you get notifications meds are ready and you get there and then you get there and nothing is filled. Then you stop 2 more times because it’s supposedly ready and it’s not. So then your informed the computer lost you insurance info and give it to them again just to be told on the 4th trip it’s still not ready. Go to talk to the manager and all she does is smirk when I am clearly pissed off any really trying to keep my composure but I can’t. Go back again and they still don’t have the insurance right. Told them to forget my order. My advice go to another pharmacy where people actually greet you and do there job when they say it’s done

I was getting pictures made, first the computer would not let my phone connect, tried 3+ times, then went to the app, it let me order my pictures online, went to go get and I stood at the counter for 20 mins and told the cashier to get someone for me, she had to ask twice. Totally unorganized, lazy place. NEVER NEVER get pictures from there, they don't care if you get them or not. Not impressed.

Very rude laughing and talking with other employees while people wait in line for 30 minutes. Especially when the prescription was put in 5 days ago! Told to come back in a hour and would be done, then somehow something else was funny and they laughed and couldn’t find my prescription.. so never again going there for anything.

A bit high priced, most of staff are friendly and try best to assist customers.
