I have been renting two units at AAA rapid storage for sometime now. Management is always accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t recommend storing your personal belongs anywhere else Jeremy Ruyle.

Called in a payment for my daughter and the gentleman that assisted me was very polite, knowledgeable and processed my payment promptly. Kudos to AAA Storage for ease of payment.

Horrible customer service. There are many other storage unit options in town, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! Management is horrible!

Our unit was broken into twice. The first time, they had fake cameras up. They ended up getting actual security cameras after that. When it got broke into the the second time, Jennifer, the manager, said she gave the footage to the police but after speaking to the police we found out she didn’t. When we tried to call her to ask about it, she wouldn’t answer and refused to return any of our messages. We were a customer of theirs for 6 years and never missed a single payment and that’s how she treats her customers.In February, you DID have fake cameras up per Darrell. Yes, you put up real ones after that but what good do they do when you won’t submit the footage to the police. They DID NOT get any footage from you. These people stole items that are not replaceable even if we had insurance. Shame on you Jennifer for treating your customers the way you do! We’re not asking you to take responsibility, we simply want the footage provided to the police!!

Manager is sketchy. Don't use this place for storage.Being that I can't respond to your comment. Thanks for your concerns ?! Your unprofessionalism is questionable. I hope the owner can seek to new management. I'll be sure to not recommend this place to anyone!!

Poor response "after hours". Took 24 hours to return my call when I was having trouble accessing the storage space facility with their gate keypad.Three days later, when discussing that they really need better response time with urgent matters, the manager (Jennifer) said, "you got your callback, thank you"--and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the owner (she has no supervisor), and she would not give me his out-of-state phone number. She said, "it'll just be 'he said, she said' so I can't guarantee he'll call you back after I talk to him".I've been a 20-year customer--since they opened. Never had a problem like this until today.

This is the best storage facility in Rapid City, I've tried a few different places and I feel my stuff is safe and secured here. Also, the owners are awesome and the office lady is very nice.

My unit was broken into and robbed. I was out of town and was notified a few months later after the incident when the manager called me to let me know I no longer had a lock on the unit. They do not have cameras.

While there the unit next to mine was robbed and another unit had been run into by a vehicle doing severe damage to the unit and items inside. A trailer sat outside with items in it for several days maybe even weeks. I can only assume that was a trailer with items from the damaged unit; uncovered in the summer with rain and all other elements on the items. There’s never anyone on ground at one of the locations and everything in my unit got incredibly dirty and covered in cobwebs. 100% would not recommend.

The storage spaces are very clean, at this point I have yet to see traces of rodents but I have only been there a week and a half.

I rented a larger storage unit form here for over two years and always had a great experience with the management when it was time to pay my monthly bill. They always do a great job at pleasing the customer!
