We locked our keys in our car while visiting in South Dakota. The local branch dispatch (Margo) and the driver (Michael) were absolutely amazing and caring folks!
They were so concerned and helpful in a stressful situation for us. We were in a situation where we needed assistance quickly, and they both went above and beyond their duties! AAA SD, you have a couple of wonderful people in you service, please accept our appreciation and a great big thank you to these exceptional individuals!

From my perspective, the process of receiving roadside assistance from this company in the rapid city area recently has been abysmal. Not only was the ETA wrong by 2hrs, the driver who responded was nonchalantly disrespectful. The flagrant condescension from the man was appalling. I've maintained service with the company the past few years but I'll look to use something different now.
