“We have had an excellent experience with all steps of the application and move in. We appreciated Renee and Stephanie's help at times of trying to learn computer. Kevin was great on our first day of move in when we locked ourselves out of our garage and when we needed immediate help with the shower. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. Thank you”
“I’m a local real estate broker, and I’ve recommended this place to people who are moving, in between homes, or just need a short-term place to stay. They offer flexible 1–3 month leases at a fair rate, with all utilities included. The property has been updated over the years, and the apartments are nicely furnished with full kitchen areas.
The application process is quick and easy, and the people I’ve referred have had good experiences here. I’d definitely recommend it to working professionals, travelers, traveling nurses, homeowners between houses, or anyone needing a clean and comfortable short- or mid-term rental.”
“The staff does an excellent job and is always helpful and professional. You can tell they take pride in the community by the ongoing improvements and upkeep throughout the property!”

“Going on 3 years of living here and it is exceptional. The apartments are quiet, super quiet. Staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and good at communicating. Main downfall is it does get super windy because of the complex being on a hill, but we can’t control Mother Nature. I love living here and as a female living alone, I feel very safe and comfortable at this complex.”
