I was astounded that an Apria rep brought my oxygen machine right to my son's home while we were visiting and picked it up when we left. All the hoses were included. I have had great service both in South Dakota and California.

I was in town on vacation when my friend needed a better supply if oxygen because of the elevation. I dealt with them several times. They were very helpful.

Once again, my CPAP supplies were sent to the wrong address! Unacceptable. After my experience this summer and supplies sent to incorrect address, I had customer service representative repeat the address where my supplies should be sent.

They're a horrible place. The representative that I had help me, was totally disrespectful. And I was calling on my parents behalf. We are switching right now. Abusive to the elderly.

In my experience with Apria healthcare, I have not been satisfied. Took over a month for Apria to address their problems with their insurance billing policies.

Terrible customer service. They have no clue what there doing even when the insurance company talks with them. They do have one girl sue that seems to know what to do there but the rest lost oxygen at birth. Order supplies a month ago just got a partial no explanation nothing called after an hour response you'll get it when you get it. Looser!!! Now they keep sending me supplies that i never ordered and dont need. Tried returning and they dont accept returns. CRIMINAL!!!

This company has no idea how to code a Medicare Advantage patients bill for an oxygen concentrator. This leads to the charges not being paid and the company billing the patient for services they are responsible for billing correctly to the insurer. We used Apria in Denver and had no issues. We transferred our account to South Dakota gave them all the pertinent information for new insurance policy and they billed have incorrectly coded the bills since we moved. I have been going back and forth with their billing department, my insurer called them and told them how to code the bills, and they are still billing us for their mistake. Use any other company, because this company is lacking basic coding and billing skills.

Our local storefront is now closed from 11:00 to 1:00 every day? Their shortened hours do not appear on the website. Those are two of the busiest hours of the day. What are they thinking? I walked to the store so was not willing to leave easily. I phoned in from the lobby and was greeted gruffly by a man that did not want to help me. I rated my service with 2 stars instead of 1 because a technician finally came to the door. She helped me so I would not have to return.

I'm not sure they deserve a 3 but... They took 6 days to deliver my concentrator. The gentleman kind of explained everything but kept telling us that they have no drivers and don't expect any supplies to be delivered. I am the one on the therapy, I am unable to work because of it, sounds like I could just pick it up but they are not open on Saturdays when I would be able. My husband picks them up when he can. The office people or person I should say is not helpful and mostly rude. Where is the quality care we hear about? Not happy but...

Worst customer service ever, and they bill you as many times as they think they can. My insurance paid and they still billed me over and over again for the same thing. Now they owe me a refund and will not return my calls.
