At Home in Rapid City, SD is a home decor and holiday superstore offering a wide range of products, including furniture, outdoor decor, and home goods. The store features a large selection of items in both modern and traditional styles, making it easy for customers to find pieces that suit their taste. The store is known for being well organized, clean, and welcoming, with friendly and professional staff. Customers appreciate the variety of decor collections that allow them to refresh and fall in love with their homes all over again. However, some visitors have noted that the store can be dirty at times, especially around the perimeter, possibly due to staffing issues. Despite this, many customers find the store to be consistently clean and well maintained, with shelves and displays neatly arranged. The staff, particularly the manager, have been praised for excellent customer service, being understanding, caring, and helpful in resolving issues quickly. While the prices are generally comparable to other stores, some customers feel that non-sale prices have increased recently, making certain items less of a deal than before. Nonetheless, At Home remains a popular shopping destination for its extensive selection, variety, and friendly atmosphere.
The employees are always very helpful when we come to their store and always greet us. What the hell when we walk in

Two gals helped us today, Sophie and I can’t remember the other gals name. We drove all the way from North Dakota just to shop here because of the limited time items I wanted. They were so kind and super helpful! They deserve a huge kudos!

Loads of clearance in all departments made shopping for my new place easy and quick. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This store is now my go to place for decor for my new place.
