βI have had my car repaired here on 3 occasions. They give accurate estimates, schedule appointments promptly and do EXCELLENT work. They honestly answered my questions about whether service needed to be done quickly, or if it could wait. I was cheerfully given a ride home and informed by text messages on the status of the repair throughout the day. The staff is helpful, very skilled and focused on excellence and customer satisfaction. Did you know this incredible business offers vocational education scholarships to teens who want to become mechanics and the mentors them at their shop? These young men are the politest teens I have ever met, thrilled with the opportunity given to them! I do not personally know the owners or anyone who works at Black Hills Tire; this review is based solely on my experiences as a customer. βJamie (The Owner Of Neumiller Truck & Auto Body,) truly seems like an absolute class act based on some video auditing I personally experienced submitted by a gentleman and his son; which go by Amagansett Press (Jason) and The Watchman (Ben.)Jamie openly apologized on multiple opportunities (felt bad possibly coming off rash and/or aggressive) given as he felt a bit challenged and quite possibly threatened. Amagansett press and his son performed an auditing opportunity on live uncut video directly in front of his business address. Jamie's demeanor, response and lack of threat, was absolutely first-rate. Mr. Neumiller handled himself with a genuine, composed "class like" demeanor with that kind human level that our world seems to be missing.If I'm ever in the Rapid City, SI area, I would give him my business in an absolute heartbeat!Jamie, thank you for simply showing our world today in such a humanitarian level that is so absent in todays day to day operations. Restoring faith in humanity, we need for folks like Jamie in today's society!β

βWe are from Wisconsin and our truck was leaking coolant. We called Anytime Auto and they were able to get us in the very next day to diagnose the problem. They work hard to locate a new radiator and worked with our warranty company. They were extremely helpful and kind. I am sick and my car wouldnβt start trying to go pick up my prescription, He helped me get my car started while on a simple phone call in less than 2 minutes when I was struggling to find the answer myself for over 15 minutes. I made an appointment for them to look at my car a couple weeks out on a Tuesday. I knew I'd have to tow it there, so they told me anytime the week before. I got it in the Wednesday before the appointment. Imagine my surprise and delight when I get a text with their quote THE DAY AFTER I DROPPED IT OFF!
Figured they had some extra time at the close of business, and just wanted a head start on Tuesday's project...but I came and picked it up on Monday, a whole day before they were even supposed to crack open the hood!
I love that I get to opt in or out of every specific service item on the quote, have clear notes about why each service item might be needed/wanted, and see the full pricing for parts AND labor right there!
No bologna up-sells, no gimmicky salesman, just clear, direct, helpful, customer-focused service. Oh - and excellent quality work that the shop guarantees! I don't need my cars going anywhere else! This is my everything shop now.
I want everyone to know how great these guys areβ¦ but take your own cars somewhere else, I don't like sharing!β
βBlack Hills Paintless Dent Repair was exceptional in all ways! Starting with customer service - they were easily able to accommodate my schedule and get me in within 24 hours for a small dent/ding in my drivers side door. I was very impressed with the length of time it took (less than 30 mins), the ease of getting scheduled, and the communication throughout the process. And to top it off, they were very reasonably priced! (Which is hard to come by these days!). I will 100% be coming back for future needs and I have already started recommending to friends and family that this is the place to go for your paintless dent repair needs!! Thanks again guys!!!β

βI made an appointment to get a bolt replaced on a bracket that held my muffler. These guys got me in and out in no time and did not charge me for the simple fix. I super appreciated their time and generosity very much. Itβs hard to find a good shop or any place to take your business to anymore. Thank you guys so much for your help and kindness!β
βMy wife and I were on a Long road trip. One of our tires had developed a Slow Leak. I could fill it but after about 10 hrs our Low Tire Pressure light would come on again. We are from Missouri and heading west into a lot of the Moutain ranges. We got up early and backtracked to Rapid City, SD as they had a Honda dealer(we had bought our tires at our honda dealer back home. We were there (unannounced) when they opened and ask if they could work us in. They were booked but said he would get us in later that after Noon. This would be a problem for us as we had things booked that night. He suggested Cory's Point S. We went to them (unannounced) we spoke to Devon Alexander he said they were busy But to pull our Honda CRV on in and they would work it in. In just a little over 2 hrs they had it done. They found 2 small holes that they repaired and did a free multi point check. It was all under $30.00.
This really helped us out as we were going to Crazy Horse Monument then heading to Cody Wy when we left. This saved us from having to drive a lot of night time Hrs in the moutains which is Not a lot of fun.
Sense the tire repair we have put over 5000 miles on the tire and NO PROBLEMS.
So thanks so much for working us in cause it really helped us out.β
βTook my tire in for a flat repair. Guys fixed it in under 30 minutes. Very pleased with the front sales department as well. This was after I had tried a competitor of theirs to get it fixed. The competitor was only trying to sell me a new tire which I didn't need and would not fix it due to a plug that I had put in. Said it was because the plug broke the steel threads. Didn't the screw do the same thing?? Very pleased with Tyrell Tires!! Will be using them in the future!!! Thank you!!β

βAamco lived up to their reputation based on their previous reviews. I had a transmission issue and am an out of towner so was very nervous. Josh was very patient and helpful and they were able to get my car complete in one day with minor repairs to get it back on the road. Highly recommend this car shop!β

βGreat experience. I had an injector failure on the scanner. Rapid Diesel discovered a wiring issue. Injectors are expensive. They fixed the problem very economically. They were honest (when they had an opportunity to take advantage of an out of towner), efficient, and friendly. Iβm very glad I chose them.β
βMy son was traveling across country and had a wheel bearing go out. Got him in promptly. More than fair price. Super friendly. Cannot thank them enuf. Noone wants their child stranded and these place was a life saverβ
βTroy did a spectacular job repainting the hood of my 2017 Toyota Rav 4. The clear coat started peeling off. Another large shop in town told my it would cost $3,000 to repaint just the hood. Troy and his crew did a beautiful job for a fraction of the price. We will be taking all of our vehicles to Troy and his crew for repainting. Their work is impeccable!β

βI was helped by friendly staff. The wait time was a longer than explained. Waiting room could have more comfortable seating. My labor was $180 for something that was only supposed to take 45 minutes ?. In the end they got everything taken care of and my questions answered.β
βThese guys are awesome. Our Tacoma was already torn apart at Toyota getting new injectors when my 09 Lexus GX (picture a V8 4-Runner in Drag) decided to blow its radiator.

Toyota was already on a backlog and a genuine parts radiator was a fortune, so when a friend and loyal customer of CJβs HIGHLY recommended them, I stopped by. I immediately dug the vibe of the place and when Jeremy heard the predicament I was in, he figured out how to squeeze me in between bigger jobs and then was more patient with me than I deserved when a rental car complicated my agreed drop-off time.
I couldnβt believe how cool they were about it and how quickly they got it in and fixed AND at a very reasonable price. Five stars across the board and Iβll definitely be going back when the next thing lets go on our 300,000+ mile Toyotas.

βAn old truck like my 1988 Silverado 3500 presented a boatload of unique challenges. First, plugging into the computer and having it spit out codes for guidance is not an option. Second, most of the technicians who have experience with old trucks have long since retired. So basically it comes down to replacing parts in a logical and sequential manner until everything works the way you want. Robert and Albert took the lead and morphed it from had to be towed in to sounding and running like never before. Trust me! The Belly Brother techs soundly dispel the notion that one cannot make chicken soup out of chicken poop. They do the job right, and they do it exceptionally well.β
