Go talk to Paul if you need any help here. He went well out of his way to help me with a battery warranty issue. Tried to charge up my battery for a test which ended up reading BAD so he went to another store to get me a different battery for my truck in case I wanted a new one since the store didn't have my specific battery at the time. Then said if I wanted the same battery he would order it for me and I could come back and pick it up when it arrives. The whole process took hours because the battery had charging issues but he worked with me the entire time and was very understanding about my concerns. His boss was aware of my issues and was very quick to make sure I knew they'd do whatever needed to be done to get me back up and running. I appreciate the help I received here and glad to know I'm getting the battery I need for my truck.

Absolutely garbage service. I ordered something from this store and rather than telling me they didn't have it, they charged my card, THEN cancelled, and tying up my money for a week.Tried again to order from one of the other stores, but this store kept getting in the middle and cancelling my orders. The people on the phone weren't helpful at all, and didn't even apologize for tying $300 up for days while they refunded credit card. They actually had the nerve to tell me to "come in to the store and order if it's needed soon, rather than depend on same day delivery". So why do you offer same day delivery if you don't want to do it? As for going to the store in person, umm...I'm ordering car parts, somy car isn't exactly in condition to drive.Oddly enough the guys right across the street, had the parts I needed, and had I had a hassle free experience there.I won't be back to AutoZone again, 25 years, 5 cars, and this isn't the first bad experience, but it is the worst.

I don't really know much about cars, but the splash guard under my car had lost its clips and I needed to buy some. I did not know what I needed exactly, but (DAN) from Autozone helped me everystep of the way. The clips that were "meant" for my car didn't fit for some reason, but DAN found a way to securely get my splash guard put in place with using universal clips. What I had spent over an hour trying to figure out on my own, DAN fixed in around 5 minutes.I was extremely impressed with the customer service and time that the employees took to help myself, and other customers in the store.It was a spectacular experience and (DAN) made sure it was that way.Thank you Dan.Visited November 17th, 2023

The staff is friendly and the store deserves a better rating than this, but unfortunately they're held back by faulty equipment and I'm hoping this rating urges them to correct the problem.I had them run a starting system test because my car would fail to start even when the voltage was reasonable, e.g. 11v. Everything tested as being good.Then on another day I had them test it again, because it was still failing to start when the voltage was only mildly low. This time the starter tested bad, and the battery tested O.K. so I replaced the starter two business days later.It changed nothing. My car failed to start at 11.5v. So I went back the next day and asked them to test it again, because I wanted to see what the machine would say -- even though it was clearly wrong.This time it said that my battery was bad and wouldn't even test the starter. In addition to the system telling the rep that my battery was bad, it also told him that my car was running! It was definitely not running.AutoZone recently switched to a different starting system test machine, and it's clearly very faulty. I wasted about four hours, plus $170, replacing a starter that wasn't bad. It seems to be a known issue that their new system can give false positives, yet that was not disclosed to me before I purchased the new part. They should go back to their old starting system test, the one that (seemingly?) actually worked.A friend of mine told me today that the AutoZone system incorrectly tested her alternator as good, but it was indeed faulty. Their new machine is all over the place, and you may get different results just days apart.

Have called 3 times they keep putting me on hold every time I call 2 minutes and more keep asking to put me on hold all I wanted was to know if you do a diagnostic on cars......
