“I took my parents' under-used e-bikes in for some love. They took a look at drop-off and gave me an estimate range. The repairs came out on the low end of their estimate, and the work was done quickly (considering the 3-day holiday weekend). Then I dropped off my BIL's bike when I picked up my parents' bikes. They had his bike fixed before I even made it back to the Custer.
Clearly their policy is under-promise and over-deliver on repairs.
I hope I don't need their services often, but I'll have zero complaints if I do. It's a great shop.

UPDATE: And after the 4th bicycle repair, I'd like to give these guys 6 stars. Seriously, when I'm in SD (which is 4-5 months of the year), this is and will be my bike shop.”
