I went to the branch on Mtn View to change 20s into 50s for gifts. I used the drive through bc the main branch wasn’t open yet. They needed my SSN, driver’s license, account # at a different bank, address, and my signature, to make change. Then they did not have 5 50s, they only had 2 in the whole bank. Then they took 25 minutes to count them out. Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a bank.

We love banking with BHFCU, but this particular branch is unimpressive. The tellers are always rude and seem annoyed. I prefer to go to the downtown location, but this one is closer to my house. But I quite honestly dread coming here.

I've been a member for years. Today, I opened a new acct for one of my community organizations. They gave me great information so I could bring in the right documents. Working with Jess was a breeze! I won't ever use a big bank again.

Went to the ITM for convenience to get cash for gas and thrift shopping. Was NOT given a choice of which bills to get, and hmmm, oddly assumed I'd get 20's. It gave me 2 hundred dollar bills. First world problems, I know, but because your lines were stupid long I had to go find somewhere to break the bills. Why the heck would you "conveniently" just give out hundreds? If it was out of twenties there should have been some kind of heads up. Here's to your not so convenient banking ?

Worst bank in Rapid City. Online app is always failing. Then get put on hold to a voicemail. Don't waste your time with this bank. Always an issue.

How are you supposed to get ahold of anyone for customer support when it’s only for the debit card and not the actual account. Why is it that my deposit has been accepted and verified and IN my account but I can’t even use my money. How do I even get ahold of anyone for this issue ???! It’s been days !.

Find a new system for drive up tellers I have been cut in front of so many times I cant stand it. You'll be waiting behind someone meanwhile 3 cars that just got there go through the other teller. I am going to start doing that inside and see what happens. Just walk in the door and skip the line go straight to the teller.

Showed up at 5:05 because google maps states it closes at 5:30. Lady came to the door to say they are closed. She could've shown some customer service and helped but no that would actually be real customer service lol. Most likely looking for a new bank tomorrow

Had money in a savings account. Got a letter one day saying it was all confiscated... They called it an "inactive service fee" and took $25/mo out of my account until they drained it.
