  Just received a call from the debt collectors for a lab report over a year ago. I received ZERO contact from this lab before getting my bill, along with interest for not "paying them". Extreme billing for a company. If I could give negative stars, I would. Any ideas on how to dispute this?

  Horrible billing practices. I've been double billed on two different occasions. They are also not timely in sending out a statement but expect payment immediately. Their online bill pay at Clinlab.com does not even function. I question their competence as medical providers after seeing the way they conduct business.
