My problem came after I purchased a new phone from this business to replace my broken phone. My phone bill went up for the first time in years, just weeks after replacing my phone and learned that this business added add-on's to my account without my knowledge or consent! To understand why my bill went up, I contacted cricket and learned that these add ons can only be added in store. Beware to anyone updating their phone!

The lady working there was awesome. She helped me get a new phone for my daughter and had a great deal going on. My daughter was able to get headphones, an extra charging block as well as a case and screen saver for only $200. Those people are Great!

Will not go into too much detail, but went to switch my phone's sim card to my new unlocked phone. Everything worked but calling. After 15/20 minutes of the employees working on it, was told the issue is my phone not working fully with their sim card. (But the website states my phone I got is compatible) Galaxy Note 20, which is why I even bought it in the first place. Then after being told it's MY issue, was recommended to buy a phone through them instead. I'm hoping the next cricket I visit will resolve my issue, I'd rather have the phone I want and will gladly switch to a different provider.

ALL the representatives are amazing and so patient and helpful! The next time I went in it was about to close in an hour and the district manager Christine was helping me and she stayed nearly an hour after her shift was too end at 7pm.. I had 2 of my kids with me getting bored and impatient but Christine was so sweet to my kids. She didn't leave until we were finished and that in my opinion was beyond kind♥️?

The manger was incredibly rude and should not work in customer service she raised her voice at me and than verbally abused me in her store in front of multiple customers had I known I was going to be treated like that I would have brought my phone in and got it on video Don't go to this store either go to the other one or call customer service because she will not be nice about it if you have a problem.! Will not return to this store I've never been treated so bad by someone who works in customer service!!! Situation as been turned in to the proper people and also the police

Not helpful with the problem we had with the phone ? I purchased like 2weeks previous. The pocket mode is on. The phone says it's off. Cricket says that's my problem and won't fix or replace phone.?

They messed up last month my auto pay. This month had to go back after phone was shut off to reduce it. Got charged service charge instead of my $5.00 discount. Go figure! Then they messed up my phone some how doing something with it. .

Christina the manager there was able to get my billing date correct and set up correctly although I had bought some small speakers from them on the 21st of April and they stopped working like after a half an hour she said that she wouldn't be able to help me with that I would have to contact manufacturer. I tried to get a hold of him and have yet to hear from them
