Many customers appreciate the easy rental process and the high ceiling clearance of the units, which provide ample space for belongings. The owners are described as wonderful and responsive, quickly addressing any issues, such as a jammed door or problems with gate access. Even after a price increase, Depot Storage remains competitive with other storage options in the area. While some reviews mention challenges, such as drainage issues and the presence of a person living on-site, the overall consensus is that the facility is secure and well-maintained. Customers have reported a positive experience with communication and support from the owners, fostering trust and loyalty. Depot Storage is recommended for those seeking reliable storage solutions, despite some areas for improvement.
