Great store I love coming here. There is nothing wrong at all, the store is not dirty, nothing. I went there during taxes last night to buy some bedding, candy, dog toys, cat toys, pillows, tape. I love this store

Started using the order online/deliver to car option. Took 10 mins to order at home, picked up at store (brought outside)- I was in and out and done in 20 minutes total. Raining hard, but associate Wesley braved the elements while i waited in my vehicle. Props to him. Not sure why I haven't done it this way prior. WAY EASIER.

Went to this wal mart looking for pain relief in the middle of the night. The hours online say 12am-12am, so 24 hours right? Wrong. When I got there the doors were locked and the hours on the door say open til 11pm. Thanks for not updating your hours and having me walk in pain to get to your store expecting it to be open.

I really don't care for this Walmart. They have a gate that once you go in you have to leave thru the cashier's registers probably to make sure you are on video. If you try to go back thru the gate to get a cart or for any reason the alarm goes off. I had one women try to chase after me as if it was a crime to leave the way I came in. Then on another occasion I was trying to return an item. Gary the employee at the door said I had to show the receipt so I was trying to find it in the bag and this guy gets like a foot away from me waiting for the receipt. With Covid around I would have liked him to social distance and it really wasn't urgent to get the receipt. What was I gonna do run around the store with my own item? So I took 2 steps back and he kept the same distance from me so I took a few more steps back and again he wouldn't give me space. He had to be close to me again. So I told him with Covid around could he step back and he raised his voice that he needed that receipt. SO again I told him to give me some space while I looked and he was raising his voice to speak over me that he wanted the receipt. Some people were starting to look. Horrible employee that won't give a customer space to find their receipt in the bag. Then he had the nerve to say why did I have to be like that. GIVE CUSTOMERS SPACE. THERE IS NO NEED TO BE RIGHT IN THEIR FACE WHILE THEY ARE LOOKING FOR THEIR RECEIPT. South Dakota doesn't require facemasks so a little social distancing would be great.

After I scheduled my grocery order to be delivered Oct 12th 11am-noon, but Walmart emailed me that my order would be delivered sooner, today Oct 7th. I did not want to be disturbed but there's no way to opt out. At 7:30pm a delivery guy shows up with one unimportant item. I canceled my account and will no longer do business with Walmart grocery. Dear Walmart, I just spoke with your employee named "Joseph." At my request he said my account and all online grocery delivery business with you is cancelled--including the $9.95 membership fee that got me "free" deliveries. Some reasons I have cancelled my business with you include but are not limited to: 1. Without my consent or approval you decided to deliver some items from my current order sooner than the date and time I scheduled and which you accepted. So, unbelievably, last night your delivery guy awakened me from sleep to hand me 12 RTE pudding cups, hardly an emergency item. 2. When you emailed me to unilaterally declare you were going to deliver some items sooner than Oct 12th, you failed to give me opportunity to OPT OUT. And, your email was a "do not reply." 3. You presumed or assumed I camp out by my door 24-7 ready and awake to accept delivery whenever you decide. What's wrong with you? Who's the yoyo making these stupid decisions? Who? 4. You "improved" your online grocery delivery website. But you failed to give us customers a simple tutorial on how to use it. You changed the ordering sequence. Most of the time I did not know what to do next. 5. Your new website is pretty--but ridiculously difficult to use. At my previous order it was impossible to add additional items to the current order. My only option was to "start a new order"--to be delivered on a different date/time. 6. You didn't test your new, pretty website. So, good bye. It was a pain in the a** using your new website. And it's outrageous for you to decide without my consent to deliver some items before the date and time slot that you accepted. The Walmart employees responsible for these changes need a new job or retraining.

Nothing really special about this Walmart since they're pretty much all the same. The only difference you'll find is South Dakota merchandise as far as tee shirts and souvenirs. Came here just to get bugs spray and Benadryl for itching because I was getting eat up while on vacation lol.

We were on vacation and needed to pick up a few things. The only problem is when going into one of these mega huge super centers you find stuff you didn't need to buy for this trip. I headed straight to the souvenir area and the toy department to look for Hot Wheels and Matchbox collectibles.

A Walmart is a Walmart, right? Dirt cheap prices, infamous Walmart people, clean and great customer service? I've been to many a Walmarts as we like to take road trips and always forget something. This trip was no different. My daughter forgot her bras. So we went here. Most people know you can't just take a bra off the hanger and know it will fit. There are so many variables. There were two Walmart employees sitting in the fully lit changing room area. When I asked if my daughter could try on the bras, both replied "no". When I asked if there was an alternative, both smirked and said "no". When I asked if she could try them on in the restroom (fully aware of their policy of not allowing merchandise in the restrooms), by golly, they had no response! It was as if they wanted us to try and test their policy. I understand that we're in different times. What I don't understand is why a company already known for questionable customer service would allow it to tank even further. We're in this crazy COVID pandemic together. One shouldn't feel the need to treat another like sh*t for no reason. Don't shop at this location. Go to Target instead.

We have all been to plenty of Wal-Mart across the country, however this experience was different. Customer service was horrible and employees were unwilling to help me. Something as simple as answering questions and direction comes off rude and unpleasant. My experience was horrible! If you're going in, get what you need and get out with as little interaction as possible!!!

Everyone has been to Walmart and this just like the others. We stopped to get a swimsuit in a pinch. Dirt cheap prices, great locations and large selection are why Walmart does well. This was really easy to get to, with access right off the freeway. Hard to review Walmart, because it is Walmart. Some people love them and some hate them. I am not sure why haters even bother reviewing Walmart. Just don't shop there if you are opposed to what they represent.

Darin is by far a very interesting person! Very chatty and all around funny. Had a blast listening to his stories! Very nice guy. Couldn't believe there were still nice guys around. Thank you! Leaving Walmart we saw the small car sharing a parking spot a buggie.

If I could I would give them a 0 just called and asked if I buy balloons can I get them filled with helium they said they don't fill them I would have to buy a tank I even let them know we are coming from out of state for a funeral really this is the stupidest thing I've ever heard I'm glad all my local Walmart's don't do this we won't be shopping there for our whole 2 week stay we will be spending our $4,000 and more else where for just this event they just lost a lot of money from one expensive customer
