Located inside the David Lust Accelerator Building. We operate as the Rapid City Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development, and business accelerator. Elevate Rapid City leads Western South Dakota in Economic Development and small business support with an emphasis on job creation, quality growth in infrastructure, and overall quality of life in and around the Black Hills region and Rapid City metro area.
