Rude, not helpful and apparently, shouldn't even have fed ex advertised. Apparently I was interrupting someone's smoke break, but they could have helped the one guy at the register. But, thank you for giving me the reason to pull my accounts out of your pharmacy. It's been a nice 20 years, but rude treatment isnt needed.
