I bought a mattress for my spare bedroom. After 4 days of use, the person sleeping on it, sinks way down in the middle, making it really difficult to get out of and causing back pain. I was told by Jason, in the Service Department, that since the dip cannot be measured and I bought a cheap mattress that I was basically out of luck. The store model felt nothing like mine so I'm wondering if they don't switch items out in the warehouse. If you expect Fischers to stand behind their products, they won't. They will only honor the manufacturer's warranty, which is impossible to claim or give you a discount on something else. Either way they aren't out of any money. You are.

We got our replacement mattress today, we appreciate getting it delivered but we didn't appreciate the two guys who delivered it, they removed the old mattress and leaned it up against the wall then went out to get the new one. As they were bringing it in they saw that it was very close to out living room light/fan. As they were bringing the old mattress out of the bedroom they were trying to hurry and didn't even watch out for the light and hit it, it was swinging and broke one of the light bulbs. They just laughed and pickup the light and left. I am really disappointed that people like that are allowed to deliver to people's homes.

We lost our home and all our possessions in an explosion/house fire. The thought of replacing furniture in every room of our house was daunting. Mitzi Miles was the most amazing, helpful, caring, compassionate person. She made the process of purchasing furniture for every single room in our house as painless as she could. Thank you Mitzi!!

We ordered a couch and chair and were told to expect them in a couple months. Finally, expecting it to get to our cabin 18 months after beginning the purchase. They say there will be some breaks like taking away our old furniture and free delivery. Hopefully, all will take place next week. Stay tuned.

Jay, Brian and Eric delivered our sectional today and far exceeded my expectation! They were on time, efficient, polite and very professional. It is a snowy messy day, and they were very respectful of our home and the new furniture! We have tight corners to where the sectional was going and they moved and set up with no problems whatsoever! Thank you Fisher Home Galleries from the great help, guidance and patience in sales service with Mitzi to the delivery and set up team!

In a nut shell Fischer does not stand behind their appliances.We were stuck with a Frigidaire that didn't work. We spent March 1 to Nov 22 with it not working properly. They would do NOTHING.Finally after 5 repair visit from an appliance repair place, they (repair) said there was nothing could be done. I didn't work. Frigidaire refunded the purchase price less tax, delivery, and we have to pay for disposal. All this time Fischer would do nothing.Even tried management and same thing. Buy someplace else.They do not stand behind there products.

This story is so sad I can't believe people would believe it but here goes. We have purchased all our furniture and appliances over the last 20 years from Fisher. We purchased 2 refrigerators this past Feb and one on March 1. We bought the second one (Frigidaire) on March 1 to replace a Sears that was old but still working great. The Frigidaire never worked right. It took us a couple of months to figure out because it was on and seemed to be working. Milk was turning sour in it but twice we took the milk back thinking that was it. Finally put 2 thermometers in the frig. Turns out it was cooling but stayed above 40 degrees even when turned as cold as it could go. Called Fishers and they said we do not do anything with repair or warranty. You are on you own with the company. Spent many hours on the phone with Frigidaire and finally got ok to have a repair. Repair took 2 weeks to come and over the next 3 months came 5 times. Finally they said they could do nothing with the unit and we had to deal with Frigidaire. All this time I had talked to management at Fishers and said I would even buy a more expensive frig if they would give me credit. Nothing doing. You are on your own. 5 months later Frigidaire refunded the cost of the frig less any tax, delivery, and disposal. Remember we could not use it from March to now (Nov 22). Do I need to say we won't be going to Fishers any more. I intend to dump the frig at their front door soon. Be ware, ask about warranty etc. before you buy. Many places say they stand behind what they sell but they don't. Menards doesn't but you know that going in.

Joe at the Galleria is fantastic. Husband and I had a very tight time crunch to get our furniture before a move and he was the only person in town able to work with our schedule. He was also the only person in town that walked with us through the store and showed us items (other places said "look online). My husband also mentioned that Joe was always friendly and always had a smile no matter what.

We have been buying furniture from Fischer's Home Galleries for quite a few years (around 32 years) We never feel rushed with Joe. He is very understanding and patient. We've always felt good dealing with Joe and when he is not available, we work with Mary.We find what we are looking for and the customer service is great.

we bought a 10k Amish table and that went fin so we thought we would see if they sell Omnia furniture and they had just received the leather samples but hadn't sold anything yet. we had to talk to the omnia rep to help us order the couches we wanted. once we picked them out Joe the manager made us sign a bunch of papers saying there's no return and no warranty, which was fine but seemed a bit overboard. they were having a sale when we actually placed the order and we were supposed to get free sales tax discount and we could use our credit card or 0% financing. when we got to the store to finalize the order joe told us we couldn't use credit card because we might cancel the order. so I asked him to give us the credit card fees they would have paid as a discount and he reused. I should have walked out of the store and bought in my minnesota store instead. we certainly didn't feel like they appreciate our business. we won't be back!

We picked out a lot of furniture for our new home and Joe helped us pick out everything ran numbers for us and spent around 2 hours helping us go back and forth with what we wanted. Joe never once rushed us or made us feel like a burden. He helped us pick out furniture that was in our price range. We loved our experience and will be life long Fischer Furniture customers!

My wife and I recently stopped in looking for a bed for our son and we found a perfect one. Joe was very helpful and we stopped back in today and picked up the bed and actually decided to get a couple chairs and Joe even helped load them. Absolutely feel like family here.
