Accused me of stealing after literally helping me pay , AND watched me pay. Then tells all the employees to not let me in the changing room. Weirdest thing ever. Pants were comfy though.

One self checkout was working and the employee wasn't letting peope use it. She had to use it for them. Another employee was just standing up there rather than checking people put at the in person register

Was in the store July 13th, around 5 PM a co-worker had her kids in there.They were running screaming throwing balls hitting each other and almost knocked.My little girl over they were totally out of control and then yells boys your dad's here to get you. Like really if you can't control your kids don't bring them to your work place

I’ve never been to a 5 below with such horrible cleanliness and customer service. I’ve been to multiple and even with the self checkouts the workers NEVER just sat on their phones and ignored customers. This place has been like this FOREVER. It’s horrible and unpleasant place to be in.

My 16 year old wanted to go shopping for her birthday and asked to stop here. It's definitely her favorite store. The cash register attendant saw it was her birthday and gave her a birthday gift! Made her day! Thank you so much for making her feel special on her special day!
