Gave me a great trade-in value for my existing vehicle, Caleb was great to work with, was very responsive, and has even helped me after the sale. I will have no hesitation coming back to this dealership.Update after owning my truck for awhile:The service department has been great. I have had a few minor things need addressing, plus an oil change, and Skyler and Linda have been awesome in helping me out. Not to mention they are really quick.

No time for a person on a budget. I went in with my sister who is on a tight, yet reasonable budget. They didn't have time to discuss options after they learned that she wouldn't be signing a lease on a brand new car. The showroom was beautiful with a large selection on the floor.

I have dealt with Brett on three different trades on vehicles. Each time I feel I have been treated fairly and he always welcomes my calls and requests. Granite Nissan truly appreciates returning customers and it shows in Brett's professionalism.I have dealt with Levi, finance officer, twice. Easy going, down to earth, and just a pleasure to be around.I highly recommend anyone to check out Granite Nissan.

I have mixed feelings about our experience. It took over two months to get my heater fixed. There were many factors involved, other repairs and going through my warranty, but I can say Linda was the one person who got my car in finally, after being told I had to wait until all the parts came in. I wish I had been dealing with only her from the start. I had a lot of hours waiting in the lounge with 3 little kids that could have been avoided. Overall, the Lounge is nice, Linda was a great rep, and the job eventually got done through my warranty which I’m happy about.

I had to replace my tires, and when I brought my vehicle in, the staff greeted me at the garage and kept me inform on the progress of the work each hour. They made sure I know what is happening to my vehicle and I am comfortable in the waiting area.
