The only thing worth eatting is the chicken. We stopped on our way home and asked for a 8 piece family meal, with mac and cheese and coleslaw, instead we got 8 piece with their horrible mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. It's obvious the Mac and cheese is canned too. This place is way to expensive for the horrible food you get. Definitely won't waste good money going here again.

Don't even bother ordering for mobile pickup because you still have to go through the drive thru to pick it up because they close the lobby. We arrived when our order was ready and had to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get our cold food.

Place is very clean & the food is always hot & freshThere is always a good choice of things to choose from. The staff is fast & very helpful & very friendly.They are pretty fast at getting your order out. Never much of a wait

Open the dining room and keep it open. 2 out of the last 3 times we've visited to dine in, it was closed and the one time we did dine in, it closed while we were eating. Drive thru only. We dont want drive thru. We want to eat in. Poorly managed and operated place. Chicken is better than other restaurants in the area that specialize in chicken though. Very disappointed and dissatisfied locals.

Use a credit card at this location or any other that KFC operates as they have a scam going. this is a warning to every rapid city in or anybody else using a debit card at KFC. They will double charge you and then refuse to give you your money back after you have discovered, they have taken a double charge out of your account. James the manager, actually, the only James, is totally worthless as a manager. Corporate is just as bad. You have been warned.

Waited for service about 3 minutes while employees saw me waiting. The restaurant wasn't busy but still managed to get both orders wrong. Chicken wasn't good. Sides were not what we ordered. The biscuts were dry and hard Called next day and spoke to mngr. She was rude. Waiting to speak to general mngr. Good luck to future customers.
