James is by far the most kindest business man I’ve ever come across. We just moved into town and have been shopping for a new king size mattress. Other department stores have sales associates that exhausted me. I couldn’t stand it! James was so down to earth, and was able to answer all my questions with so much knowledge. I highly recommend Mattress By Appointment WAY before any department stores.
