Financed a vehicle with them and the lady sold me an extended warranty she claimed covered any and everything for the life of the loan. It hasn't covered a single thing that has gone wrong with my vehicle! The one thing it would have maybe covered and "it expired a week ago" What? I still have 2 years on this loan this warranty covers the life of the loan. Nope. But the bank lady didn't even provide me with any paperwork for the warranty except their number to call. Also if you want to pay your car note they charge a fee to transfer from another bank or use a debit or credit card to pay it. Making things cash only. There's more But this credit union sucks. Take your business elsewhere.

What a pleasure it has been to work with Aspen Federal Credit Union. This was our second experience working with Jennifer Fitzgerald. Her customer service was impeccable! The simple and seamless process to secure our loan to buy out our auto lease was flawless. The digital process allows everthing to be completed online. All we needed to do once the process was complete was to stop and pick up our payment. We will continue to use Jennifer Fitzgerald and Aspen Federal Credit Union in the future. The front staff is amazing, but Pam (El heffe) doesn't quite get the difference between business and personal. She takes things personal, overreacts, and acts like business deals that go south are a personal attack on her family.I would not do business (for business) with anything she's involved in. My two cents and it's worth what you paid for it.

The app is very easy to use and has so many options for me to do “self service”. Tellers are patient to work with and I love that I have the option to bank online or speak with a person.

I’ve been banking with Aspen through 3 name changes. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Anne is always a familiar face, as soon as I walk in. Kristi has always been useful in booking my vehicles to sell. Always thankful for my credit union

I have been a customer of Aspen Federal Credit Union for a while now and have always been impressed with their personalized service. The credit union has a small town feel, which I appreciate. The staff knows my name and takes the time to get to know me. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help me with my financial needs.Recently, I took out an auto loan and was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the process was. The loan officer, Kristi, took the time to understand my needs and work with me to find the best loan for me. She also went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and make sure everything was taken care of. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and would highly recommend Aspen Federal Credit Union to anyone looking for a financial institution that provides excellent customer service.

They made purchasing an automobile painless (which is not always the case). As for the business side of things, they do so much to help their clients and allow them to spend less time worrying about banking, and more time operating their business. Would recommend across all aspects from personal, to business.

Best bank EVER! I used a large bank for far too long! What was I thinking!? All phone numbers there went to a phone center that didn't answer and never helped. Med5 they VIDEO CHAT WITH ME! A real person! Within a ring or two! They help me - and then I can get on with my day knowing its all in good hands. Personal and business and loans! I get it all here, and I feel like an old friend when I walk thru the door and not just a number. This is my bank for all the things forever (cuz they offer it all plus some!) Oh and the coffee in the lobby! Just another perk!

I found the staff at the west Rapid City branch to be unfriendly, rude, slow, and unhelpful. Med 5 allowed unauthorized access to my funds on several occasions costing me substantial amounts of money. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
