“Appointment was on time. The service was excellent and very nice people. I did notice that the sign said by appointment only. Some were coming in expecting service and left mad. I believe this may be why the "rating" is so low.”

“I had a wonderful experience here after a horrible experience with a Monument phlebotomist. The Sanford team was organized and new immediately what the blood draw orders meant. I waited less than 5 minutes to get into the blood draw room. The phlebotomist found my vein immediately and even though it was a very small vein, she took her time drawing a lot of blood so that it wouldn't be painful or bruise. The cost for the blood draw was not expensive and she even said they'd take care of shipping it to the lab across the country. I'll never go anywhere else but Sanford given my positive experience here and the professionalism shown.”
