I went in and paid $100 on my account for me and my husband's line that should have took care of my service for 60 days. Payment was never applied and now a sign on their door says permanently closed. T-Mobile metro customer service will do nothing about this. They are thieves and I will be submitting a claim to small claims court for the $100 I paid on my bill as well as court costs.

Either keep business hours, or close permanently! Don't waste paying customers time by advertising that you're open and be locked up, especially being the only Metro in town. I'm going to be such a Karen over this. You should be embarrassed, your business neighbors are telling us you're never open, even the TMobile at the mall sounded frustrated over your lack of professional commitment and that they are getting all your customers on the regular. My advice is to permanently close if you can't commit to responsibilities as a professional place of business.

Great experience. New manager and new crew member make all the difference! Very knowledgeable and thorough in their explanations. Highly recommend you give them another shot if you've had a previous experience that wasn't so good.
