“I was in the Rapid City area vacationing and believed my transmission was shot. Expecting and prepared for a $3,000 repair bill, I took my truck to Quality Transmission and hoped for the best. Rather than immediately installing a new transmission or rebuilding mine, which was so bad it would not even move the truck in 4WD, they tested the thing, replaced seals just to see if that would take care of it before undertaking a huge rebuilding project. To my benefit, it fixed the truck and it runs great. For less than $400 I was back on the road. They did a great job and I am pleased with their work but most importantly, they could have replaced the transmission but they were looking out for my interest. As an out of state guy on vacation, I would never have expected them to go out of their way to try hard to make my transmission work rather than sell me another. CHARACTER is what these guys showed and I am most grateful. The world still has honest repairmen and I met a couple this week.”
