While traveling out of town I found myself missing a piece to my CPAP machine. I called and they quickly found a replacement part for me and set it aside for for me to pick up as I traveled into town. When I arrived my part was waiting for me. If you’re looking for staff that are very knowledgeable on cpap machines, have first hand experience, and really care about your quality of care…you NEED to go to PR.
