The original agreement and signing went really well, however the delivery was delayed a week because the delivery people called me instead of my wife when I was at work, didn't nock on the door to see if she was home and left so I didn't receive my couch until Friday and was still billed for a whole week and apparently there is nothing anyone can do about it.
