Was supposed to deliver a load of household goods there on 8/8/22. Would not unload the goods and were no help finding a place where we could unload the goods. I have been sitting here in Rapid City for a day and a half making no money because this company obviously overbooked and had no room to store it. I would hire these people to to ship anything I owned!

I want to take a moment out of the day to share how thoroughly impressed I am with the moving company that moved my store today. Roush Moving & Storage walked through the door and all of my stress melted away. They immediately got to work and moved our entire store in 2.5 hours! Their communication was amazing, they placed everything where I asked them too and exactly how I asked them to! We also had no casualties with fragile items!Mind you, I contacted a ton of movers in town and Roush had the best price out of all of them as well as their customer service, start to finish! I truly cannot speak highly enough about them!Realtor friends, these are the movers you need to send your clients to! You will not be disappointed you did!

Tom and Terry made our cross country move to Texas, tottaly stress free. Their pricing and communication were exactly what they said it would be. The employees were very courtious and great at packing and unpacking---we had no claims.

Roush recently packed for our cross country PCS. Rhonda was there both days of packing and she was amazing. Very thorough with their process and took excellent care of our things. Everything made it to our destination in one piece. We are super happy with all they did!

Roush Moving provided packing and loading for a military shipment i had and they were the best. They were on time and in uniform, their people were polite and respectful. I couldn't have asked for more. i highly recommend them.
