I needed some documents notarized for my mother and my bank said she had to be a member to have this done. I couldn't even pay them to do it.
So I went down the street to Security First Bank on 5th street as my mother has an insurance policy with them. They said they would do it even if she didn't have an account with them! My mother has mobility issues and they offered to go out into the parking lot to our car so my mother didn't have to get out and walk inside.
That's10 star customer service! I may be moving to a new financial institution for my banking needs!

I prefer credit unions, but we have a loan through Security First because of the business that set up the loan uses them I haven't been impressed with them for the years so far we have had the loan and can't wait until we pay it off. Once in awhile I leave messages with the loan person and don't get replies or the workers you can tell are not that friendly in general. One extra star because somebody actually answers the phone every time even though it isn't the person you need to talk to.

We as a bussiness regularly work with Bret S and Tyler H and they are awesome! As long as they are at Security First we will have a long lasting bussiness relationship!

I like the fact that SFB stays open later on Saturdays. The SFB off 5th street is a great location. I've been banking with SFB and I'm quite satisfied with their products. :D

Door states lobby is open until noon. Our stopped at 11:06 and all doors were locked: this is the second time it has happened in five weeks. No one answered the phone when I called. Will be closing my account.
