Had the misfortune of getting my auto-loan financed through this bank, and it feels like stepping back into 1998. Can't pay the payment online and if you want to pay by card over the phone there's a fee, of course! You basically have to come in and pay it every month in a town where everyone works the same hours the bank is open. Pretty ridiculous.Edit: when I called the number on the website to set up on an online account with you, I was told that I can create an account with you and go to your bank to put money into the account and pay my balance that way, I can use billpay at my current bank (which they do not have), I could pay over the phone and get charged a fee, or I could walk into the bank and pay cash. So now you're telling me I can make the online account and your bank will take the payments from my bank on your end? Because that is not what I was told.I am not a banker so I do not know what all those acronyms are. If your bank cannot take the payment from my bank, debit card, or credit card without charging me a fee, then the issue still stands.

Worst bank ever. Fees on top of fees and they don't care about the customer. They are just as money hungry as a big bank. Don't fall for the "credit union" part of the name. I've lost so much money in overdraft fees due to the bank app messing up or just negligence. Save yourself the money and trouble.They will also frequently claim they "tried to call you" to fix a mobile deposit issue even though you have no missed calls or voicemails. Worst. Bank. Ever.

wonder when they are going to get new atm machines that allow us to do more. likeblack hills federal. the atms are so old and outdated. try to get money added to card after business hours. good luck. will maybe give better rating when they get out of the ice age of banking.

Thank you Sentinel Team! Going to the bank is never a dreaded errand. From the simplest transaction to more complex inquiries Sentinel has helped with it all. I've had pennies in my account and I've had thousands and regardless Sentinel has treated me like a million dollar customer and helped me through it all making my finances easy to manage in person and online! My kids even have junior accounts there. ♡

Use the on-line banking everyday to check account. ATMs in Rapid are convenient to us, and so is the south bank. Everyone is very helpful when we go into the bank.

For someone getting their first loan to start their credit, not bad. Helpful. And even assisted me personally with buying my first car. Why one star??? Because two reasons. 1. We came to see about adding more to our loan repayment, but found out that it was delinquent by nearly 3mos. 3 FREAKING MONTHS with no heads up or notices given. When we went the following day to fix it, they were not open. Again, no reason given. Really wished I could have reported them to the business bureau. Not long after, we emptied our accts and went with Black Hills Federal Credit Union. Never again with Sentinel.
