The employees at Stanley Streamer are knowledgeable, thorough, polite and hard working. We had our ducts cleaned and they were constantly working to get the job completed in a timely manner. What a difference in our house. Every house should ducts cleaned by this company especially if you have animals!! So glad we did! Thanks Mike Reese and crew!!

I'm giving 2 stars because of how messy they left my house after a ventilation cleaning and the lack of concern on their end that my house was covered in dirt. I didn't get any warning that dust and actual dirt might fly up in clouds from my vents. The surfaces, window sills, and my furniture were all covered in a layer of dirt after they were "done." I spent a day and a half cleaning everything! When I called to ask if this was normal, something I should have just known to deal with, they offered me a 5% discount ($15 off). When we said that didn't feel fair, they offered to have someone come clean up the mess, which I had already done. I just wish they would have warned me to cover all my surfaces just in case and that they did a better job with clean up when they were done.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Jesus and crew were very professional, positive, and did a good job cleaning our ductwork. Price was competitive. Gal on the phone was kind and knowledgeable, she got us squeezed in just before our HVAC system was replaced. Will be using them in the future.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

went into the gas station this am around 1030. one of your employees (larger black man with messed up teeth) was yelling and berating the cashier.I had my 2 kids with me, I finally said “sir is it necessary to speak and yell like that” he said “oh I’m sorry ma’am, I do apologize“the gal told him to get out and not come back, he refused saying for her to call the cops etc.unfortunately he was wearing a company shirt & hat. so he is representing your business acting like a fool in a gas station.it was all over the lady giving him the wrong cigarettes (not menthol)I feel maybe you should talk to your employees about representing your company when wearing company uniform.

Had a fire at our house. These guys were sold to us by the insurance company to clean carpets after repairs were done. We've had trouble getting the structure issues repaired and have had to postpone the carpet cleaning since the fire in December / note they postponed us themselves multiple times citing the amount of snow at the time... We received a bill from this company for over $1000 this week for their consultation (paid quote i guess) which lasted an hour (justified by them for their drive too and from rapid to deadwood (1hour each way seeing as i do this drive myself a lot)) they bought us a new vacuum from menards that was HEPA certified priced at $200 (menards brand) that they marked up to $300 (50% markup for something we should've gotten ourselves. Understood companies will often mark up these things but just providing the numbers here...) They provided a fan with a filter (air scrubber) in the mean time. Note we picked up and dropped off months ago and no fee or charge was discussed and was marketed to us as a courtesy. Come to find out they were telling prices and documents to the insurance company and not us the home owners... bill comes this week, break down:475 for 5 hour consultation?450 for air scrubber rental...300 for HEPA vacuum...Our house is still being repaired and no carpets have been cleaned.When we try and ask for price break out and to settle we are called liars and berated by customer service and threatened with a claim and or lean against us or our house.Meanwhile we're still dealing with the beginning repairs and fallout of other contractors with our damagesStay away from this company.

Really disappointed. I called to schedule a cleaning and got a quote based on the number of vents I had. I asked if they'd do a mill discount and the mailer coupon that gives 1 vent free, they said yes they do both and was quoted $400. The guy shows up quote a bit later in the time window. He started to do the walk through and said that we had double units even though it's one vent (either they need to explain that better on the phone, or only charge per vent on the wall, major miscommunication). Then bc he counted 4 extra vents it already was$200 more than quoted. I was still going to have him do it bc I'd still have the coupon and discount(which literally wasn't much anyways, we're taking one vent and the tax covered). He said that I could only use one despite what I was quoted. He was being very rude about it too and said I was starting to be difficult(bc I'm asking why he's charging for a double vent and letting him know I had been quoted for a coupon and mil discount) and he'd need to call the office. He went out to the truck for a while and came in and said no we are only going to do one. I said you know, I will find someone else. He was rude, there was a miscommunication between the office and the employee and it would have ended up costing us $250 extra bc of that. So instead of it being$400, it was going to be$650. That was a lot of hidden fees and to add on rude customer service, that's a hard pass! I won't call for service again when this is what we can expect. Future customers beware and make sure you triple check and do your own research before you call this company! Def didn't expect this from a major company!!

From the quote through the technicians leaving everything went very smoothly. The technicians (Jesus & Zeke) showed up on time and set to work. They were friendly and professional, I was very comfortable having them in my house. They worked quickly and efficiently leaving no mess behind! We had an accident of spills in our basement on carpet that was only 2 weeks new. we called Stanley steamer asap and they had 2 young kids show up to do the job. 1. they tracked there shoes everywhere without booties. 2. ever stain there was had not even come close to being cleaned. you could see every stain as if they were new. We called vey upset and the man refused to come back and clean them. so.....we called a competitor and he got every stain out and our carpet looks beautiful now. please do not use Stsnley Steamer. they do not have the tools to get stains out properly from our experience and we're very unprofessional.

Oh, how I wish I had read the other reviews before booking a $500 service with this company. We had them come to do our vent and duct cleaning, and my house is filthier than it was before. There was a massive explosion of sediment in my bedroom: my clothing, my nightstand, my bed were absolutely covered. When I reached out to Management with photos, hoping for at least an apology and some compensation, I was basically called a liar. Please, save your money, and if you do book with them, plan on spending the next two days cleaning your house.
