We needed new phones and decided to go with T-Mobile which had a great promotion running. Matt was so helpful in explaining the features of the new phone, got us all set up and we saved some money on the monthly bill. He answered all our questions and made sure we had all we needed when we left; as happy customers.

I came into the store to return a mobile hotspot that I no longer wanted. Rep was told that I only want cash back as a refund and not a check mailed to me or debit refund. To make a very long story short they did the return with a check and I call it theft because I walk in with merch and now I'm expected to leave the store with nothing. I call the police and they continue to lie to the officer saying that they are unable to reverse and give me back my device which they ended up doing a few minutes later. When the "check is in the mail" routine was "issued" out the Rep never gave me a receipts or confirmed address so even make it seem as though I would actually be receiving a check. Best advice stay away from these dishonest ppl. Their are other T-Mobile stores near by that would appreciate customers

The store is world-class with great service and Manager, Gavin personally took care of my issues first hand. Got hooked up with T-Mobile home Internet and I was thrilled ?. Great staff, a lot of knowledge and easy check out process. This store is a treasure in the Rushmore Mall.

I had Verison for years but did not get a good signal at my home so looked around. T-mobile seemed like a good choice so I switched but it required a new cell phone which I bought. It did not work any better in my home so I went back to T-mobile to see what they could do and they recommended a booster. What good would a booster do if there was no cell phone signal in the first place? As I thought, it did not work. Fortunately every cell phone company other than Verison uses the same system so I switched to ATT and that works fine.

I went to this store on June 1st 2023 I was told I could trade in my iPhone XR for $800 off the iPhone 14. So long story short I do the deal and think everything is ok. Until I get my bill and see that I am being charged for both items. What the worker who sold me the phone failed to tell me was I did not qualify for the deal. So I am now having to pay for a phone I thought was free because the workers failed in doing their jobs. I feel they scammed me out of money. I cannot stress this enough stay clear of this place.

I bought a phone here. The manager is super nice, friendly, and helpful. Almost all the staff are friendly and nice except one of the staff is mean and not helpful at all, and her "service" dog barks at customers dogs. She tried to force me and my husband to switch to 5G network when we declined the offer, and then she gave us an attitude.

By far the most unprofessional team of employees I have ever had to deal with. 4 hours to sign up and multiple mistakes made in the process. I’m very nervous that I made a bad decision switching providers.

I want to say Thank You to Cyrus today for the exceptional customer service! He understands the product and service being sold , He went beyond my expectations and fulfilled explicit and implied promises, showing respect and interacting outside the parameters of business transactions, I was able to save 1000s of videos and photos of my children! Priceless! Great simplicity! Very successful in getting my "problems" fixed and "End of the world questions" answered! I left feeling great knowing I would drive all the way across town even if its a simple question like, " How do you turn on the WIFI" he offered comfort of not being in "Idiot" Because of him my teenager son that is located in California will be upgrading to the IPHONE 12 pro max gold! what took me so long? Why would I ever switch carriers! I wish more companies had customer service like this!

Outstanding customer service. I am a sprint customer from the east coast and they were extremely patient with me upgrading my phone. Apparently the Sim cards are different and the software differs. They have to learn a whole new system for customers like me! Tyler and Crisstina were the ones that assisted me & have made me excited to switching to T-Mobile when sprint becomes obsolete.

Excellent customer service. Did an upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy A71. It was fast friendly and they helped walk me through the benefits of the phone and the 5G coverage in our area. Highly recommend this location and T-Mobile.
