I worked directly with Sam at this location after my phone was hacked into. Sam was knowledgeable and patient with me during the 3 hours spent in the store fixing the problem. If you have a problem, Sam is your guy! Thank you for everything!

Sam was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond to help my husband fix an issue with his phone as well as assist him with an upgrade. He even stayed late to ensure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

We’ve been looking for a phone upgrade and Chris was amazing! I was welcomed the minute I stepped in the door and was in and out with a new phone, all set and ready to go within half an hour! This store is under new staff and management and I can honestly give them 5 stars! Thank you Chris and T-mobile!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Sam was extremely helpful and knew exactly what we needed to get done and helped us out to the best of his ability! (my phone service was being difficult hence why I'm switching over) thankful for the 2 gentleman Chris and sam for putting up with us!

Upon entering the T-Mobile store, we were met with an unpleasant odor emanating from the employees. My wife and I had to leave due to the discomfort caused by both the smell and their appearance. If you represent the company, please consider maintaining personal hygiene by washing your clothes and combing your hair.

A great experience again with this store! The stunning T Mobile rep "Nikki" went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases.Actually changed my home internet to T Mobile wireless internet and picked up a cool new Samsung Z Flip5...nice. Nikki you rock!

Very inexperienced staff and did not get back to me with approval after three days. When I went into the store and waited for the lead person to appear, he waited on someone else. I had to interrupt and then told him to forget it.

Great experience for store visit for phone set up ?. Manager Gavin, and assistant manager Kyler were A plus staff. They gave out ? swag and we're so helpful. Service was phenomenal and I knew I had trusted information the minute I walked in. Hard working and T-Mobile provided great deals that's they hooked me up with. The store is one of the cleanest I have seen. Dedication to customer and overall good shopping atmosphere. When in rapid I recommend this store.

I had a really great experience at this store yesterday, being helped by the manager, a new technician/worker, and especially the assistant manager, Kyler/Kylar there! This experience allowed me to get a new phone (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra). I received alot of good advice on the phones, specs, which equipment to get, the comparisons and contrasts of the phone and headphones too. Thank you all! ??

We have been with T-Mobile for years and have never had such great service as we did with Sam and Kyler. We never felt rushed, everything was clearly explained. Excellent customer service! Whenever we need anything we'll definitely be back!

The guys at this store are amazing, especially Kyler! We went there on a day T-Mobile had an issue with their server. The issue caused a problem with us starting a new account. Fortunately, we were being helped by Kyler. He did not give up until the problem was solved. A shout out to Gavin too, who was a great support in the problem solving process. You guys are awesome!

I had a great experience here. Kyler went above and beyond to help when I was in a bind from the online agent. He not only fixed my phone, but helped with Netflix set up, and the Tuesday giveaway. He was super personable and helpful.

Dawson at Rapid City, Sd TMobile store gave excellent service. He is honest unlike the guy in TX Denton store who didn't change out my Sim card on a new phone purchase and charged me. I'm calling now to get my set up charge refunded. Dawson in Rapid City, SD store did great. Spend your hard earned dollars at the Eglin store. Thank you Dawson.

The store told me I was going to get $800 for my trade in. Apparently, they didn’t know what they were talking about and I received nothing for it. After three calls to customer care, they told me the store coded my phone wrong and I was supposed to get $200.Long story short, buy your phone off of Amazon or anywhere other than this store. Otherwise, you run the risk of dealing with what I had to.

Doesn’t seem to matter if you go into the store or call, the customer service reps don’t know what they are doing . I tried to get service through them and when I got my SIM cards they couldn’t figure out how to connect my phones so I asked to get a refund for the activation fee i paid for 4 lines and it took 3 months to get half of my money back . I called customer service they said I have to go in store to get a refund so I went in store and they said I have to call customer service so they called for me and they said they would refund my activation fees and than they only gave me a refund for 2 lines instead of all 4 . Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a cell phone company
