I misplaced our key for our unit and Chris graciously arrived within minutes to help me. He left the gate open (for a tow-truck I was meeting) and replaced my lock/gave me a new set of keys on the spot. We've stored things at The Storage Place for ~15 years and the customer service is always this incredible!
