Went into ups a week or two ago to mail some packages and get letter notarized. The lady was annoyed and rude because I had several packages to mail. The packages and letters I sent were never received one was a very important notarized letter. I call back the ups store and talked to Brianna who was short with me and tells me there is nothing they can do about it and that they are not responsible even though they were the last ones to have my packages!!! I asked for a manager and she tells me she is out of town. She then gives me a 1800 number but says they won’t do anything to help either. I will never go to this ups again! Every time I have had to send a package back or mail something on Haines the workers seem annoyed that they have to stop what they are doing and help you!

Came here to ship Saturday December 23rd at around 3. Closed (No overtime for the innards of the operation?) Tuesday December 26th, 5:00 pm. Sign says they close at 6:00 pm. Website says they are open. Yet they are not open. I see ups trucks out and about. Why are you closed?

Every time I make an online purchase and it’s being delivered by UPS the tracking is NEVER updated and it always comes up last minute that’s my delivery will be late but doesn’t tell me where the package is located

This UPS store offers to accept USPS packages, which USPS picks up mid-afternoon. This is great for me because the Post Office is so far away from where I work and I live out of town. However, I was not aware of the risk associated with using this service. I sold some items on online few weeks ago and took advantage of their acceptance service, dropping off three separate packages with three separate tracking numbers. Two of these packages made it to their destination. I can use the tracking numbers and see when USPS scanned them during pick up. But one of the packages was never scanned. That number indicates USPS is still awaiting item. The buyer saw they same information when he looked it up and has already let me know what he thinks. I couldn’t disagree and have already refunded his money.Today, I stopped by the same UPS store hoping they could advise me on what I should do. After I explained the situation, I was told, “I don’t know what to tell you.” Unsurprisingly, this was of no assistance. I left the store and proceeded to contact USPS. USPS told me they couldn’t do anything because the shipping label was never scanned. USPS then advised me to contact UPS. But UPS already told me it doesn’t know what to tell me. So, it appears I am f’d. And I’m now out the money I had to refund, out the money I paid for postage, and out the item as well. Live and learn they say, but this was an expensive lesson. While this is a convenient service, it’s not worth the risk. Do not use the UPS Store USPS acceptance service.

I don't like being made use the self service kiosk. No other customers in the store, I'd rather get help at the counter. Especially with kids in tow that I need to keep track of.

My husband shipped a package to me using 2 day delivery….which we paid extra for. It is now four days since it was accepted into this UPS store and I have not received it. When I look at the tracking information it appears my package spent the first two days in Rapid City. After two days…it went to Sioux Falls, then Lexington Kentucky. (The final destination is Albuquerque).I called and Samantha stated they are not responsible. I called the number she gave ….which led me to an endless hole of computer generated automated responses-non of which helped. Try filing a claim—ha! Not user friendly. By the time I got ahold of UPS, I was told the store should be issuing refunds. They gave me a case number and contact. I called the store back and Brianne was not interested. Do NOT use this store OR UPS. Go to FedEx or USPS and save yourself frustration!

I travel a lot for my work and I absolutely LOVE the print job Kim did for me! They have this beautiful printer that can print directly on glass, acrylics, pretty much anything with a flat surface. So she whipped up these beautiful photos of my puppy Bento on durable acrylic so I don’t have to worry about breaking glass while I travel. They are my go to store for print when I’m in town!

I have always been pleased with the customer service at this store. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. Recently, I had a project that required their expertise in graphic art. Brianna was excellent, helpful and patient with what I was asking her to do. She was very professional, friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with the end result. I will continue to take my business to this store and will recommend them to others.

Went in to get a document notarized and send it overnight. 40 minutes later I’m still trying to get it sent. They are clueless.
