Disappointed on this ATM here and I'd thought I could choose my own bills as stated on the ATM screen but only puts out twenty's no matter how I tried to get small bills. Dumb to have this when all it gives are twenty's

If anyone has options don’t get any accounts on US Bank, it has terrible policy that holds new account’s deposited checks for 5 business day, I totally understand that holding first check for 5 business days, but second one also and I’m not sure how about the third one. Those are my paychecks, That means US bank hold my ability for paying the rental, buying the food and gas……..If it still holds my third paycheck, I will F it in person on local branch

If you're looking for a local bank with national presence and great customer service, go to this specific USBank branch.Everyone I've interacted with here has been very thoughtful and helpful.Special thanks to Tina and Tony G. who helped me today with a very time-sensitive issue. With their help, I met an important deadline needed for our local Cryo Sculpting business.They both went out of their way to help us, and for that I'm sincerely grateful.

A banker named Christine complained about me to another employee when I was within ear shot. For reference, this occurred on 5/18/2021 at 1:20pm. If you want to complain about customers, do it in the break room. I'm closing my account after 11 years of business.

You have to call to make an appointment to see someone so I did. I got someone’s voicemail so I left my information. When I did not hear from the bank by 11 the next day I called back and got an apology and an option of 3:00 that day, Friday, or something Monday. Not very customer centric at all.
