“This location only has one 10 foot truck so it's a much quicker process IMO than a larger main Uhaul hub..They also have a nice selection of vehicles to look at on your way out to leave. The owner and staff were very helpful. To be honest I had a brief meltdown and took it out on the Manager and he took it like a champ. He didn't deserve it and I wanted to express my gratitude for his help now that my move is over. I had many things at once going on and I'm man enough to apologize when I'm wrong and make enough time to give a 5 star review to those businesses and employees who truly deserve it.”

“I don't know about most of you, but in general, my dealings with car sales people have been notoriously bad. With that said, its a brand new generation of folks out there and Shannon Kelly's leading them with all the traits I used to think that particular profession lacked. Though she couldn't help me, she remained gracious and kind, even going as far as making a few suggestions about where I might find what I needed....any one in customer service willing to loose a potential client by sending them where their needs will be best met is a rock star to begin with. But she went a step further and checked in later to make sure all went well.
Seriously, above and beyond and as soon as I think Gateway has something that fits me, I'll be right back reaching out. She's made sure Gateway is the first of 3 places I'll ever recommend to someone looking for a car in the area.”
“I purchased a 97 Subaru legacy outback for $2,500 here. Tires are bad so I replaced those but all fluids were good, no leaks, vehicle looked like it was in great shape otherwise. Felt pretty good about the purchase but decided to take it into another mechanic to have it checked over. Mechanics reported that everything was pretty pristine. Everything the guys at rapid City Auto mentioned we're done and done right. Just wanted to report having a great experience with these guys and feeling like they can be trusted. I'll probably be back here next time I need a vehicle.”
