“They seem to do know what they are doing and friendly and professional. However, they don't followup on their treatment for a sick pet. The counter staff seems very confused about what is needed. Luckliy for me, a nurse overhead the conversation and helped out the staff. This was nice but other Vets that I have had would have talked to me about the issues.”

“I have an elderly cat that had recent weight loss. She has seen Dr. Stonecipher twice and was diagnosed with intestinal lymphoma. All staff that I have encountered have been friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get appointments at short notice. Lab and ultrasound test results were available during the appointment to determine the diagnosis.”

“Just the best place: staff, doctor, the building itself are all top notch. We were tourists in town for a few days, and were concerned about our lab's ongoing ear infection. She's been seen twice by our vet back home, we just needed to make sure we weren't backsliding. We got an appointment the same day, saw Dr. Shipman who examined her thoroughly, and discussed what to do, what to look for, possible options about future treatment etc. great bedside manner. Couldn't be more pleased.”
