Walgreens has a clean store and friendly staff. The staff is professional and respectful. Some customers appreciate the staff's great attitude. However, the store is understaffed, leading to early closing times and longer wait times. Despite this, the staff tries to provide good care, as seen with patients receiving COVID vaccines. The staff puts patients at ease and is patient with their questions. Overall, Walgreens provides a positive experience for its customers.
To all the petty commenters here, yes, they ARE understaffed. Hence the early closing times! Of course they can dip out 2 minutes early because they work their asses off!
