Theres a fabulous bulous young man who works in their phone repair department. He was able to fix my dude phone free of charge by simply reconnecting a internal wire. He even found a way to not break the already cracked back glass when removing it to access the internals.

I had an obstruction in my phone charging port, which was preventing it from charging. They removed the debris quickly and at no charge. They had the batteries I needed and replaced the battery in my car key fob. Great service. 5/5 stars

The glass covering one of the camera lenses was broken. Fix It had to order the part. It was in within a day and fixed in 1 hr. Reasonable price.
